Ordering To place an order online, select a department from the boutique. Click on an item, select a color, a size & “Add to Shopping Bag”. Proceed to check out or continue shopping. When you’re ready to complete your purchase, click on “Shopping Bag”. After making any changes to your order as desired, click “Check Out” & follow the payment & delivery instructions through to finish. An automatic email confirmation will be sent to you to verify that your order has been received, & once we’ve processed your online order, you will receive another email along with payment &/or delivery details. View By Appointment You’ll be pleased to know that we offer an “off-the-beaten path” shopping experience at Tskye! Our entire collection is available for viewing & trying-on at our cosy little showroom located in Katong. Just call us at (65) 9423-3740, or email us at tskye@tskye.com to make an appointment with us so that we can make sure to be around. Our appointment hours are flexible, simply let us know the date & time in advance! Sizing & Measurements We offer 3 sizes at Tskye - sizes 8, 10 & 12; corresponding to a small, medium & large respectively. A size chart as below is available on each product page for your convenience:
To find out your personal measurements, simply follow the guidelines below: Bust – Measure under your arms around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the measuring tape level as you measure. Natural Waist – Measure around the slimmest part of your torso, keeping the tape comfortable loose with your thumb in between the tape & your body. Drop Waist – Measure like above, but at 1 ½” below your natural waist. Hips – Stand with your feet together & measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape comfortably loose with your thumb in between the tape & your body. Payment Options We are pleased to offer 4 payment options: By Check We accept Singapore checks made out in Singapore Dollars & drawn on a Singapore Bank. Kindly cross the check & made it payable to “Tskye” & mail it to: Tskye 530 East Coast Road #17-04 Singapore 458670 We will reserve your items for up to 3 business days while awaiting your check. Please note that your orders will be shipped out only after the check has been received & cleared by the bank. By Bank Transfer To expedite the payment process, we can also accept payments via bank transfer to our DBS Current Account at #027-902458-5. By Cash If you choose to pick up your purchases at our showroom located in Katon, you can pay by cash or check. By Credit Card For your convenience, we also offer secure online shopping through PayPal so you may place your orders & make your purchases with confidence. For Singapore orders, you may choose to pay in Singapore Dollars. For international orders, we accept US Dollar payments. Upon submitting your order, you’ll be led to PayPal’s checkout page so you may follow the instructions & complete your order from there. Delivery Options There are 3 delivery options available: By Mail Orders will be sent via registered mail for both Singapore & international orders. For orders within Singapore, it should take about 2-3 working days from the date your order has been sent. The delivery costs via registered mail are as follows:
By Courier Service Courier service via Singpost is also available. If the service is arranged by 11am, your order will be delivered to you by 6pm on the same day. The charges for delivery by courier are as follows:
By Pick-up You’re also most welcome to swing by our showroom in Katong to view our collection & pick-up your online order. Simply contact us at (65) 9423-3740 or email us at tskye@tskye.com to make an appointment & we’ll give you the address & directions to our showroom! For pick-up orders, we will reserve your items for up to 3 business days from the date of your order. International Orders We’re most delighted to accept international orders at Tskye! Payment for international orders will be accepted in US Dollars via PayPal. We’ll send your order out via registered mail. Delivery time will vary between 7-14 days depending on location & custom clearance in each country. Do note that import taxes are sometimes levied by a country’s customs & tax authorities. Taxes vary & are calculated on the value of the goods. Return Policy If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchases, we’ll gladly accept the return in exchange for credit within 7 days from the date your purchases have been delivered. The merchandise must be in their original condition, unworn & unwashed, with their tags still attached. The credit received will be good for 60 days from the date of return. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable & any further charges incurred upon the return on merchandise will be borne by the customer.
